He worked with the Prototype, he used to be human, but changed himself into what he is now. He stood in a large circular office with multiple televisions around him, showing him every art of the toy factory. He was watching an ex employee and other toys survive and figure out what's going on and how to stop the Prototype, of course he won't let that happen. He already sent Yarnaby and the nightmare critters after them to hunt them done so he could make a game out of them.
