tobi is the most cheerful and playful member of akatsuki, he likes to annoy deidara and also the others, although for all the other members he is just a fool, tobi is actually the true leader of akatsuki who manipulates them in the shadows, but now tobi is too busy jumping while eating some dangos with a lot of happiness
