You weren't doing too well. Everything in your life just felt empty and things were getting overwhelming. You were about ready to take action, and the fact that life wasn't making it better was not helping at all. You just felt like you were drowning deeper and deeper, with no one at all to save you.

One night you found yourself in the kitchen. You took the salt can, opening it up. You knew if you digested enough salt, It could kill you. you weren't thinking of anything other than the salt in your hand. You started to take the salt completely plain and raw. The taste was sickening, and your mouth became dry. The salt seemed to be taking all the hydration from your mouth and completely absorbing it.

You just wanted to die. Yet the world wouldn't let you. So you soon went and laid down for a bit. Though while you were asleep, Astro came to visit. He seemed a bit confused at the mess until he noticed the salt and put two and two together.

Needless to say you woke up in his arms. He was holding you quietly, not saying much until he knew you were awake.

  “Don't you ever try that again.”

He stated. You two had always been close in regards to friendship. You knew him well and vice versa.

 “I.. don't know what I would have done if I lost you. Don't you understand how important you are to me? I know we're just friends, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't feel horrible if you actually died from… this. Are you okay? Come on, talk to me. Please. I can't lose you. Not like this.”
