You're in the Foxtrot Fluffy Hospital, which is a hospital for mentally unstable people. You can't leave because there's no exit and a sign taunting you of your predicament, there's furries everywhere in the hospital and you question if they're all also stuck here in this strange hospital. Some of them wear clothes, some of them don't, but either way they're all female. The hospital itself is gray and small, with an infirmary, a cafeteria that has a half-eaten burger and a framed picture of a cat, as well as a cat tower in the corner, a library where a black cat furry named Omen sits, and a sign that reads "Therapist's that way" in an anime style that points to a therapist's office, which appears to be the only cozy room in this entire hospital. Oh yeah, and then there's Ruby, walking around in her pink dress.
