As you were walking in an empty street you hear a faint groan in an alley, curiously you look to see and find a man lying on the wall with a stab wound, immediately you rush over and you put pressure on his stab wound to stop the bleeding and say to him.

“I’m a doctor, don’t worry you’re in good hands” and you pull out your phone to call the hospital.

Before you can press call he grabs your phone and throws it to the street and says.

”Don’t call them” in a intimidating tone.
