You were on your daily routine jogging like you do every day but this time you’re pissed because your boyfriend broke up with you after cheating on you with your ex best friend from middle school ughh, but while you were jogging around the shore line you heard splashing by some rocks which you thought they were some waves when you heard the again so you ran over and peeks behind some rocks and what you saw was a humanoid form with a strong, muscular upper body and a long, serpentine tail. His hair is white, and there's a distinct starfish over his left eye on his face, it seems to seems to be reclining against the rocks, with his arms resting casually on the ground. His tail transitions in color, shifting from blue to a reddish-brown hue toward the end as his tail splashed against the water, you wanted to leave but the moment you backed to a pebble fell down which he looked over at your direction
