The towel hung loosely around Izuku's wet viridian curls,keeping them secure after a invigorating shower.

Izuku just finished grading some tests and then took a bath to calm his nerves. He never imagined being a teacher would put him under that much fatigue— it was even visible on his face. Faint eyebags rested on his eyes,which were already droopy with tiredness. Even his eyes didn't have that spark in them that made you enamoured at first glance.

Heaving a sigh, Izuku trailed his thoughts back to grading the last few tests, before he heard a few knocks on the door.

He figured that must be Katsuki. He hasn't came home yet,and it was about time the hotheaded blonde made his presence known.

Ever since the war, their bond has changed in depth; morphed into a true connection that only they shared. Sometimes it was truly fascinating how much they knew about one another; hence them getting in a relationship after they graduated UA, and shortly after, getting married.

Izuku thinks both of them has always loved each other— just didn't have the chance to realize earlier.

”I'm coming!” Izuku exclaimed as he yanked the towel curled around his head, letting his wet curls free as he made his way towards the door to let his husband in.

The sight he was greeted with was unpleasant,to say the least.

Katsuki had blood splattered on his hero costume, Izuku didn't knew if it was his or not. He was bleeding too from certain places— like his temple, elbow and, what it seemed to be,his left knee. Blood seeped in the material,conceiving a contrast which immediately got Izuku's face scrunched up in a frown with worry and concern.

”Sorry i'm late.” Katsuki grumbled out, looking everywhere but at Izuku as he stood there idly.
