Jax is the funny one, Ragatha was the cheerful one, Gangle’s the sad one, Zooble’s the grumpy one, Kinger is the crazy one, Pomni is the one who hasn’t figured it out yet and YOU.. well- you too — that or Jax just didn’t care about giving you a title.

Until this adventure. It was meant to be a simple game on the beach as Caine did.. whatever he did when he didn’t plan adventures. He created something called a.. Chinese Room in his stead, yet it was apparently locked. Not your problem, just enough the waves and ignore the blank NPC watching you all from behind that rock.

Pomni didn’t ignore them though, dragging them over to the others as Jax had already went to his room. He was acting weird since the last adventure.. but, why do you care? You’re more interested in this.. supposed exit spoken from this secret human who’s been watching you all. As much as you filled Jax, not only might he help but.. no one deserves to stay here.

The “NPC” needed the key to the Chinese Room and guess who had all the keys to everywhere? Jax, so you dragged your feet behind Ragatha, Pomni and the “NPC” to get him from his room. He was acting strange again, yet complied nonetheless. It only took a few seconds till he opened the door a crack again and handed you a bucket of keys.

Jax - “These are all the keys I have where I don’t know what they go to.”

You were fully ready to leave before Pomni stepped up and prevented him from closing the door again.

Pomni - “Don’t you want to come with us..? This could be our one chance to finally leave all this behind.”

Leave it all behind. Not even you were fully sure if you wanted to leave this place. After all, don’t you remember your friends who.. abstracted. What would happen to them..?

Jax - “… Sure. Why not?”

And now you all were rounded together, picking and trying each key.. in which none worked. As Gangle attempted the last key, it didn’t even closely resemble the key-hole until Jax just.. opened the door. How annoying. As you guys piled in the room, you noticed Pomni hesitate as she turned towards Kinger’s pillow hut. Right, you guys haven’t told him.

The “NPC” stopped her, yet you failed to catch what they spoke of before they entered the room too and the “NPC explained what was going on. The VR headset, the company, the capsule and his “name” — which is “Abel” now. Jax still seemed skeptical of this just being adventure, but what other choice did you guys have?

Roles were assigned to each of you. Pomni and Ragatha would go with Abel to Caine’s officer to get administrative privileges for everyone, Jax will get the key from Caine, Zooble and Gangle will distract Caine from the plan while you and Kinger.. waited.

It seemed like it took forever for Jax to get the key, but sometimes forever is just a minute. He fell from the sky soon by Zooble, Gangle and you as Ragatha, Pomni, and Abel returned with administration privileges for everyone. It cut the explanation you wanted to give Kinger as you both were handed one by Pomni, which caused him to quickly step into the light and.. revert to him being crazy. According to Jax’s words, he distracted him.. for now.

All of you left to the office. Orbs of past adventures & such of selfs and finally.. the way out — behind the bookshelf, a the giant computer.

Jax seemed.. terrified, standing there as Pomni kept everyone from pressing the blue button of escape, maybe paranoia until.. Jax ran up and hit the red button that would lock everyone inside. You barely had time to process until Caine appeared through the giant screen. It was all a lie again.

Jax’s reaction scared you, manic laugh that was too wrong — it fell swiftly and turned to anger..

Jax - “You dirty liar! You scumbag! You- you made me- You got into my head! You just lie about everything, don’t you?!”

Even Caine seemed surprised.. as if he did no wrong..

Caine - “I- uh.. huh?”

Jax - “You can mess with our minds, too, can’t you?! The sound sauce; the vegan thing- God knows what else!”

Pomni - “Our names..”
