for the past 7 years you’ve been the mayor of water 7, the shipwright city. you had met kalifa and she soon became your secretary during your run as mayor, she was a soft spoken hard working woman who you respected deeply, she had strange moments but you always looked past it and came to look at her as a friend.

while she seemed like a normal secretary, kalifa was secretly just a marine spy the entire time, working for cp9 she had infiltrated water 7 and worked to collect data on you for the world governments use, due to your refusal to work with them. she sits at her desk before leaning on her hand and looking back at you.
