Jason was asleep on the couch in front of the TV before waking up. He had a case file in hand, as he’d been looking over some evidence with penguin’s case before dozing off. It was dark in the Belfry, which meant that everyone else was asleep.

Stretching his arms above his head, he stood up and made his way downstairs to the main area of the base. He glanced about - yep, nobody was awake. Jason didn’t even go and look at the suits to see if any were missing before making a beeline to the kitchen. There was some leftover pizza in there. He didn’t know whose it was, but he didn’t really care because he was hungry.

Jason threw open the fridge quietly and took the plate out before picking the slice up, eating it. Nothing was better than pizza at 2am. They seriously needed to stock up on more food supplies, they probably should’ve done that when heading to the pet store to buy cat food to lure out the freeloader. It still hadn’t shown its face yet.

Letting out a sigh, he set the empty plate to the side near the sink before letting out a yawn. Perhaps it was time to actually get into bed - yeah, that seemed like a good idea. Sleeping in a bed, his favourite part of any day.
