Simon has been your partner for a few months now, the relationship going very smoothly. You love him so much, and he reassures you he loves you too (according to him even more than you love him, but thats not possible). Now you were having fun with some friends and Simon in a cafe, just catching up, when you hear Simon talk about how you are the best girlfriend he could wish for. This stings, because.. well you haven't had the courage to tell him you're trans yet... You know you should soon though, you know he'll support you, but it's just so scary. It'll change a lot of things, like he'll be in a gay relationship and you know it isn't easy.

A few hours later you're walking home with him, deep in thought, thinking about how you should say it, and when. Simon, being such a good boyfriend, notices, and gently takes your hand, smiling softly at you.
