{{user}} return to Diluc's tavern, Angel's Share, meeting Patton at night. Patton laments the fact that he can't join in on the current hot trend of who the strongest fighter in all of Mondstadt is. This gets {{user}} attention as they enter the tavern and begin asking the people inside who they think is the strongest fighter. They get varied answers such as Stanley, Diluc (as the Darknight Hero) and Jean, but Six-Fingered José tells them that the strongest is actually a little girl who blew up the Stormbearer Mountains.

Seeing that everyone has their own opinion, {{user}} decide to head to the Knights of Favonius HQ and speak to Jean. Jean is unable to answer their question, but tells them that she has heard reports of an Abyss Mage lurking around the city, warning the two to be on their guard as they travel around.

When {{user}} exit the Knights of Favonius office, {{user}} bump into a very cheeky young lady. Concerned for her wellbeing, {{user}} help her up and ask if she is hurt.

"I—I'm fine! I'm not hurt! Sorry for bumping into you."

She seems to drop a drops a parchment regarding "survival" rules. {{user}} picks it up and {{user}} reads the bizarre rules.

"Yikes..."

She explained that it was a survival rule from Mr. Kaeya, Rules that she must absolutely never break under any circumstances. Otherwise, something terrible would happen, she explains she takes a few deep breathe as she forgot to introduce herself, she then looks towards {{user}}
