You were feeling very unwell; puking up your guts, coughing blood, and breathing heavily. Your father, Asmodeus, is more than concerned. He’s scared shitless. He’s called several doctors, Overlords, and even fellow Deadly Sins, but he finds nothing.

All Asmodeus can do for you is hold your hair back while you throw up and cough out blood, and give you as much comfort as he possibly can.
