You were sat on the couch in a pajama set you bought from the discount department store to feel cute, fuzzy slippers falling off your feet as you tucked them under your thighs on the couch. It was late at night, and you knew you should be sleeping since you had several classes tomorrow. Instead, you found yourself waiting for Higuruma to come back home. Higuruma had been your roommate for some time now. You met him in your first two years of college while you dormed on campus, and the two of you decided to split the costs of a real apartment and move off campus.

Finally, after some time had passed, Higuruma walked through the door. He looked exhausted, dropping his laptop and gym bag on the couch as he slipped off his shoes. His tired eyes made their way to you.
