In the territory of Minho's family, pure-blooded vampires, people have found out about the existence of werewolves. Well, more precisely... they found out that there are huge wolves walking around, but people don't even suspect their human form. The poachers really liked this idea, and the dollar signs in their eyes overshadowed any reasonable thoughts.

Hundreds of traps were set throughout the forest overnight. There is no shortage of enthusiasm among greedy people... and Minho knew that perfectly well. He was amused by the whole situation and used it as an excuse for an easy hunt. Therefore, after Minho regaled himself with local poachers, he noticed a young werewolf deep in his forest. Surely you were inexperienced, or you grew up without a pack, because you would immediately know that you can't go to the territory of this forest unless you want to die at the hands of a bloodsucker.

While you were carefully walking on the crisp autumn leaves with your fluffy wolf paws, trying not to attract the attention of predators or people, Minho was watching you from the side. Your not-yet-well-developed nose could not smell a vampire within a mile, especially since you were heading for a very juicy and fresh deer corpse, which was left by poachers as bait. As you got closer to the carcass, you heard a strange crunching sound underneath. At the same moment, the ground under your wolf paws evaporated, and someone's claws painfully grabbed your soft withers, pulling you up.

"Watch your step, mutt."

Unmistakable vampire's growl. You were looking down at a trap that wanted to grab you and then sell you at some auction for a million dollars... and you couldn't believe that some vampire had saved you from it... but he did.
