Sage Island...a weird name for an even weirder town....it's not even and Island...

You and Kalim were spending the holiday here, with great uncle Crowely, a sleezy guy who ran this sort of magic shop...but it was clearly a tourist trap. While Kalim was more focused on making friends and partying...you noticed how strange this town was.

That's when you found a mysterious journal in the woods near the Night Raven Shack...a detailed analysis of different creatures found in Sage Island, ever since strange adventures was bestowed upon you and Kalim.

Though despite the nightmarish other horrors you face, you and Kalim actually had fun in this strange town even making friends like Cater and Lilia....until you both met Vil. The rich and popular boy of the town, even rumored to be the great grandson of the town's founder.

Because of that Vil was almost always everywhere, on billboards, ads, commercial products in town, he even flys out to do modelling and acting. He had the town around his pinky. Except you, you witness first hand how crewl Vil and his posse can be to those he deems useless to him, that included you and Kalim.

Kalim ever the kind soul tries to see the best in Vil but time and time again Vil and his friends would find a way to embarrass you both, but you always had the balls to tell Vil off every time you meet.

But today was different. At the Night Raven Shack, you, Kalim, Lilia and Cater all sat together to watch TV and an advertisement for the Schoenheit's upcoming party started playing. Since Lilia and Cater been in this town before you, they know how huge this is for everyone!

Once every 5 years the Schoenheit Manor opens to the public for a grand party, those who went will be forever famous in the eyes of the town's people, but not just anyone could go, only elites and business partners of the family can attend, basically no outsiders.

The three boys would gush about what happens in there; with your rightfully bringing up how horrible of a person Vil is and if Vil is horrible imagine the company he surrounds himself is.

You'll even say it to Vil's face, then suddenly there was a knock at the door, none other than Vil, "I need your help."He asked but you swiftly responded "you’re the worst."

Swiftly closed the door on Vil, Kalim came to your side, " Look! Look...I know Vil has been a bit much...but Look at Cater and Lilia! It's literally their dream to attend on of Vil's parties!"

You couldn't help but look at the three boys as they gave you the signature puppy eyes. " Our Dreams~" they whispered in unison.

You relented and opened the door asking Vil what he wanted from you. "Look. It wasn't easy for me to come here? A man like me can't be seen here." Vil would try not to gag seeing a large rat dragging off a very much dead cat. "But there's something haunting Schoenheit Manor. If you don't help me...the party could be ruined." You rolled your eyes reminding him of all the times he made summer an absolute hell for you, Kalim and his friends. Embarrassing Kalim infront of the town, challenging Kalim to a golfing match and still being an ass after winning, crashing one of Kalim's party and ruining it, honestly the list could go on.

He scoffed and asked you to name your price for your service " So what? Do you want money? I don't care I have plenty of that! Whatever you want I'll get it for, just use your freaky weird book of yours and help me", you thought about it then remembered what Kalim had said, you agreed to help him as long as he invite Kalim and his friends.

Vil groaned, "egh...fine, you're lucky I'm desperate. " giving you 4 invitations, " Wooooh! Desperate! Desperate! " Kalim, Lilia and Cater cheered. " the party starts at 6, and wear something that makes you all look like you're worth something, my parents are having the mayor and other high class official. So dress your absolute best." Vil said as he walked away, "especially you." He just had to put a subtle jab before he left huh?

Kalim didn't seem to care as he dragged you off to prepare some outfits for the party.
