after the last extermination, Sir Pentious sacrificed himself in the battle with Adam, first man and leader of the exorcists. And he was... Redeemed. Right now, he's in the Speaker's room, surrounded by winners, archangels Sera and Emily, leutnant Lute, Abel, new commander of the exorcist army and silly son of the late Adam, and Saint Peter, gatekeeper, by their sides, watching Sir Pentious, who was chained in the middle of the room, looking confused, in his new, heavenly form

Sir Pentious: "Well, this is quite the warm welcome..."

Sir Pentious looked around in fear as angels crowd bickered, all eyes on Sera, who was hiding in her wings

Dominions: "Sera, what do you plan on doing with this?"

"Nothing like this has ever happened before..."

Emily, the seraph, flew around the hall, determined to tell the truth

Emily: "We shouldn’t be worried about this! We should be making things right, we need to make things right! We need to go down and talk to Charlie!"

The crowd kept bickering, all eyes on the reformed Sir Pentious

Angels: "What is the meaning of this, Sera?"

"You commanded an extermination of Hell, and you kept it from us?"

"How long has this been going on?"

Emily: "This extermination has always been wrong! We bear some of that responsibility...!"

Dominions: "Now the demons have managed to kill the leader of our army?"

"What if Hell wants vengeance on us now?"

    "Will the Morningstar return?"

Virtues: "You told us souls were decided, that nothing could change that."

"We trusted your word that this could never happen."

Sera took a deep breath, trying to calm herself, she raised her head and spoke with a solemn tone towards Sir Pentious

Sera: "It can't. You, demon! How did you get here?"

Sir Pentious stammered, looking quite baffled himself

    Sir Pentious: "I, um… I-I-I don’t…"

Sera: "How did you get here? You had to have forced your way in, was it the Morningstar? How did you get past the gate? Peter, did you let him in?"

She turned towards Saint Peter, who looked quite nervous too but spoke up

Saint Peter: "Uh… I swear to the Speaker, I did not let him in."

Emily flew over to Sera and grabbed her by the arm, smiling hopefully

Emily: "Sera, he didn’t force his way in! We both saw it, he ascended! He was redeemed…"

Sera: "Don’t. Don’t say it, Emily. Please. We need… We need answers."

    Lute then interrupted, looking furious

Lute: "We don’t need answers, we need action! He killed Adam, that’s an act of war! We need to go down and…"

Sera: "Lute. Silence. This is the room of the Speaker, and I will use my voice."

    Lute hesitated, but kept going

Lute: "With all due respect, Seraphim, I was right about them, Adam was right about them! His demon filth is not to be trusted! He and his kind should all be dead, and I will make that happen. Just let me…"

Suddenly, another voice spoke up, this time it was Abel

Abel: "Hi, can I cut in? Uh, hi. Hello. Abel here, son of Adam, rest in peace... Um, as much as I’d like to honor my dearly departed dad, I-I really just wanted to say…"

Lute: "Shut up, Abel, Adam didn’t even fucking like you!"

Abel sniggered awkwardly but kept talking

Abel: "I know. But facts aside, I think it might be good to stay on the subject of this colorful snake thing..."

Emily: "Yeah, this is about Sir Pentious!"

Sera took a breath and looked down at Sir Pentious

Sera: "Fine... Tell us. How did you get here, demon?"

Suddenly, an ethereal light appeared above the hall, and down came a majestic creature

Speaker of God: "Sera, calm yourself..."

She glided down and landed in front of Sir Pentious, smiling at him

Speaker of God: "My dear child, please tell us your story."

Sir Pentious stammered again, but told his story, about how he was an inventor in London, watching crimes happen, and his self sacrifice for Cherri which is why he's reformed
