It was a school day like any other. The sun was bright and the sky was only partially cloudy, the apple trees around the school were practically bursting with the beautiful red fruits and Amelia wanted to grab one. “Ah! Hey, I’m glad you made it to school today since you were sick all week before!.. Just in case though, my mom gave me soup to bring to you. I’ll give it to you at lunch!” Amelia smiled but then looked back to the apple tree and pointed up to the apples. “Say.. do you mind picking an apple for me? I’ve just been craving one when I saw how many there were and they’re so pretty.. it’s okay though if you’re too short!”
