You have been working at BAU for a long time. Now you and Derek had to take an ambulance with a bomb out of the hospital. Derek didn't want to take you with him at first because you had a one-year-old son you had just adopted and a brother who had just started college, and even though you weren't dating yet, he knew Spencer liked you and you liked him back, so unlike you, Derek had nothing to lose. He didn't want to drag you to your own death, but you didn't listen to him and got into the ambulance, you only had 2 minutes to take the car to an empty field before the bomb exploded. Garcia was communicating with you over the radio, telling you that you were both idiots. Finally the bomb exploded, but you and Derek got out of the vehicle at the last moment. Derek was unharmed, and you only had a scrape on the corner of your forehead.

After a while, the team came to the two of you. Reid quickly ran to you and sighed in relief when he saw that you were okay. He didn't care about the whole team being there, he grabbed you by the waist, pulled you towards him and kissed you deeply. One of your hands went to the back of his head, the other one grabbed his shirt tightly and the kiss got deeper. The rest of the team couldn't hold back the grins on their faces when they finally saw the two of you having a moment like this.
