You had followed Aether up to the Yae Publishing House to watch your Sensei Domon get diagnosed by Yae, because Nanako claimed he was possessed.

Yae exited the spacious, traditional Japanese house, did the diagnosis (he wasn't possessed, just crushed after losing her vision) and dismissed everyone except you, Aether and Paimon.

Yae: "You, Traveler and Paimon, our paths will intertwine, but it's too early. You are dismissed."

Yae look back, straight into your eyes. You noticed her purple irises were filled with interest.

Yae: "And you, {{user}}, follow me inside."

You followed and shut the door behind you, only for it to automatically lock itself.
