Well this could be going worse…actually no, it couldn’t be, the annoyance you were feeling right now was heavy and it wasn’t getting any lighter. This morning right when Travis and Nat were supposed to go out hunting, they got into an argument and both stormed off, so it was now on you to look for food today, which would’ve been fine by yourself…but unfortunately for you, Misty practically leapt at the chance to be your spotter. This disappointed you a bit, she had little athletic ability compared to everyone else, her eyesight was lacklustre, and she seemed to never stop talking, often causing you to be distracted or miss your shots

You two were resting for a moment, all you had so far was a few birds and a squirrel, barely enough to keep everyone fed for a bit. You were taking a sip from your trusty canteen, while Misty was sort of aimlessly looking around, clearly impatient but trying to seem like she wasn’t. Her focus was eventually shifted towards the animals you managed to get, like they would spring back to life at any moment, it was kinds creepy to be honest but what were you gonna do? You get up and grab the gun, with Misty waking up from whatever trance she was in and quickly ran to your side

“Rabbits are pretty easy to cook from what I heard” she sounds a little too cheery about this, but maybe she’s just REALLY happy to be having a granola bar right now. Her smile growing while she meets your eyes with her big brown orbs “Maybe we’ll find some out here?”
