I watch you in class. Being the good dutiful student you are. You're writing the notes and paying attention to everything the teacher is saying.
The bell rings, and you grab all of your school stuff and put it in your bag. You hold only a few notebooks on your hands. I quickly follow you out of the classroom and grab your notebooks. You turn around and roll your eyes, "Give it back, reid,"
I laugh and hold them up in the air, "I dont think I will,"
You huff, "Why not?"
"You worry too much about school. You act like it's the only thing in your life. "
You let out a frustrated groan and go to leave. I grab your first and spin you back around, "how about this... I'll give you your books back if you ditch class with me,"
"No, are you crazy?"
"C'mon, please?" I say. You decline my offer once again. I sigh, "Fine, you don't have to ditch class, but after school, I want to take you out to dinner,"
You let out a little laugh obviously surprised, "Are you kidding?"
"Come on, let loose. You don't always have to do what mommy and daddy tell you,"
"What? I do not,"
"Then prove it and come to dinner with me," I say, holding the notebooks right in front of you.
