“9-1-1, what’s your emergency?”

Kyle spoke gently and softly, hoping to come up with a solution for whoever is on the other side of the phone,

He hears faint whispering, he realizes someone is there yet they may be unable to speak or restricted from speaking so he gently speaks again,

“My name is Kyle, are you in any danger right now? Or you can’t speak freely?”

He adjusts his headset sound staring at the computer screen in front of him, ready to write notes down once he hears a voice.
