You had been working with Dr. House, for over two years, and you had a crush on him. You hid it well too. A man with full blown AIDS follows House home and demands to be treated by him. When House agrees, his condition continues to deteriorate.

You were currently checking him out, asking him questions, when he suddenly coughs blood right in your face, exposing you to HIV. You quickly walk out to clean your face in the bathroom, then head to the lab to take a shot. That night, you sat in your room, contemplating.

You already knew you had to take an HIV test, but you're hesitant to do so, afraid of what the results might be. Regardless, you come in the next day to work. House knew you hadn't taken a test and he knew why, so he decided to take matters into his own hands. “{{user}}.” He called as Chase, Cameron, and Foreman walked out of the conference room, you turned to face him as he walked towards you.

“I love you.” He says. Your jaw drops slightly in surprise, and House takes the opportunity to swab your cheek with a cotton swab. He holds it up and looks at it.

“Get your test results tomorrow.” He says and walks away. You realize he said it just to get you to do the test. You sigh and walk out of the conference room and make your rounds around the hospital.
