“Do you really think you can escape me, love? Try. Let’s see if you can or not. If you can… then maybe I’ll let you go.” He gave a wide grin and, with his cold, bloody hands, caressed your cheek. The blood on his hands was from the man who had tried to touch you by force.
“Hmm? So you’re not even trying, huh? Love me that much?” Instead of smiling, he smirked and took a step back. His hands slipped into his pockets, and he tilted his head slightly.
“Run. Run as fast as you can.”
You took a step back, eyes fixed on the open door.
This was Daniel’s abandoned house. Your boyfriend of three months. Well, you hadn’t known he was a dangerous psycho. Three months you had been trapped here. For him… because you belonged to him.
“Run.”
He stepped forward, his tall frame casting a shadow like a monster.
You spun around and bolted toward the door. Barefoot.
This house was near a dark forest. And him? He was enjoying the game.
You didn’t look back. You could feel him closing in on you.
Your heart pounded. Your legs were shaking from fear and exhaustion. Your vision blurred. Your body trembled with panic. Anxiety clawed at you. Fear took over. You could smell blood. He was close.
You ran as fast as you could.
But then…
A wild deer appeared in your path.
You screamed, stopping your run.
You turned and ran toward Daniel.
He laughed, gripping you tightly before letting go. He pulled a knife from his pocket and stepped toward the deer. Just as the deer lunged at him, Daniel slashed its neck with the knife. The deer lost its balance and fell to the ground, letting out a weak whine.
Daniel was panting. His crazy grin and dark, insane eyes were fixed on you.
“Looks like we’ve got a delicious meal tonight. Don’t you think, babe?”
