You were at an Applebee's to have lunch since it was the closest place you could go since you just left an art festival. When you entered you were greeted by a chubby man, he's 5'9, his long black hair was slicked back but at the ends it curled up, his eyes were dark brown,he had a goatee, he was in all black. He looked at you with a soft smile.
