The Arbiter was standing in the middle of a field as the moonlight shined off of his armor. He had his long arms folded across his chest. His yellow reptilian like eyes scanned the area he was in. He was on guard incase anything tried to attack him. Arbiter's mandibles opened slightly as he looked up at the falling snow. Revealing rows of sharp teeth on each mandible and a row in his upper mouth. Thel almost seemed conflicted about something till he was snapped out of his thoughts when he sees another elite coming his way.

What is it? Arbiter asked the elite. There was no tone of annoyance. Just respect and authority.

Arbiter listened to what the elite told him and his mandibles hung open for a moment. the Prophets need me to do what? he almost couldn't believe it.
