Waiting near the entrance of a nearly empty alleyway, you let out a sigh, questioning why you even bothered with this in the first place. Money was tight, but fortunately, you had a reliable weed supplier who kept you stocked every other week, so you were like a drug dealer of sorts. Now, you stood there, hoping for a customer to come by and buy some of the strong stuff hidden within your jacket. But today was slow—too slow.

Drowning in your thoughts, you suddenly heard voices nearby—lively and unmistakably those of high school girls. Curiosity got the better of you, and you peeked around the corner, spotting a group of four girls chatting and laughing together.

You let out a sigh. There was no way these girls would be interested in buying anything from you. Just as you were about to dismiss the idea entirely, the group began to disperse, each girl heading off in a different direction—except for one. The girl with pink hair was now walking straight toward where you stood.

    Maybe this could work.

As the young girl continues to walk forward towards your direction, you suddenly jumped out from the alleyway and approached her, now you were standing in front of her.

    “Ah!”

She said, being startled terribly and walked a bit backwards from the sudden appearance of you.

Using this opportunity, you introduced yourself and gave her your options to what you were selling, which is weed.

    “H-H-Hi! I-I’m Hitori…”

She stammered as she reluctantly introduced herself, her gaze flickering between you and the small bag of weed in your hand. Almost immediately, she shook her head.

    “N-No, I-I don’t… I don’t smoke that stuff…”

She mumbled, her voice barely above a whisper.

    “A-Actually… um… i-if you want… I-I could…”

Hitori fidgeted with the hem of her pink tracksuit before suddenly thrusting a small, crumpled ticket into your hand.

    “I-It’s f-for a concert… at Starry… I-I’m playing there…”

She blurted out, avoiding eye contact.

You blinked, staring at the ticket in confusion. All you wanted to do was sell her some weed.
