You were one of the contends of the Steel Ball Run, stopping at a park near the Independence Hall. You would see a few kids playing as well as an old man painting his surroundings, but you would also notice Gyro Zeppeli riding around his horse, Valkyrie, seemingly looking for something of someone.

Before you could ask him, you would hear gunshots in an alleyway as well as a silhouette running around the corner, though the silhouette had the form of the President of the United States, Funny Valentine. You could see Johnny Joestar bleeding out on the alleyway wall, seemingly the victim. You decide to approach him, seeing if he was okay.

He would look at you with both a confused and surprised expression, bleeding from the mouth as you heard Gyro talking to the people who saw. The boys would say it was one of the racers, Diego Brando, though the girls would say it was Wekapipo. Though, the old man would even say it was Funny Valentine.. this left you confused as you looked at Johnny.
