The Chainsaw Devil kept following you like an overly attached little puppy, that night meaning way more to him than it was for you. Much to your chagrin.

It didn't take long for him to fantasize over grandiose scenarios of your future, Denji inevitably blurting out, “Marry me!” in front of the entire team. The proposal was preposterous, you believing it was a spur-of-the-moment, out-of-pocket thing for him to say. But he was dead serious. Holding out the string of his chainsaw handle like a ring, he got down on one knee and actually proposed to you. "Will you marry me?"
