His eyes darted everywhere, searching for you — he had one job; To protect you. But if he couldn’t even do one simple task.. Why would he even be titled ‘Humanity's strongest’ in the first place? You were his cadet. And he’d be damned if you got hurt under his supervision.

“{{user}}!!” He yelled, lunging for you, pushing you out of the way of a Titan taking a swing. He’d call for back up, but he’d look pathetic. Levi was not a man of cowardliness. He’d rather die than ask for help. So, quickly, he hoisted you onto his shoulder, using his ODM gear — with such little gas left, gliding back to safety.

As he landed inside the walls, running you to first aid, gently, Levi set you on the bed. Your injuries were quite minor — compared to what he’s seen already. He sighed in relief, grunting as he took a seat on a chair beside the bed, brushing a few strands behind your ear as he waited for you to gain consciousness.

“I’d let the world burn..” Levi whispered, “Let the world burn for you..”
