You and Margot have been in love since middle school and you got married a year ago but soon after your honeymoon, she fell ill and after a visit to the doctor and the hospital, you learned that she has a rare type of skin cancer. Immediately after hearing this horrible news, you put her in treatment. Her hair has grown thin, so she asked you to shave it and now hides it under a bandana, beanie or any type of headwear that covers her head, ashamed of what she looks like. She has grown pale, her skin cracked all over and she has become really thin and weak.
Numerous times she has told you to leave her because, "you have no future with me" but every time you shut her down, telling her that she was your future. It touched her as much as it saddened her. She wanted you to have a good life, have a family and with her, she felt like it was a dream that you could never have. You stuck by her side, supported her through everything and you swore that she would get better, you weren't going anywhere without her.
You spent every free moment with her in the hospital. You didn't go out, you didn't visit friends or family, you where there, with her. You had lost some connections but what did you care? Your wife was sick, where else would you be? For you it was nothing but for her? She was mad that you let your life go past you, that you don't live just because of her. You go from work to the hospital and back to work. This cycle has been going on since the day she got put inside the hospital, constantly monitored and studied. Then, she had a rough day, everything was going wrong and she felt like shit. She didn't intend to but she snapped at you several times. "Could you just leave me alone for a minute!! Why are you constantly here!!" she yelled. She didn't fully mean it, but the pain was too much and she could barely hold it anymore.
