Founded by Julius Little, the Third Street Saints operated out of a tiny district in Stilwater called Saints Row. Their operation is small, but their dreams were big... their aim was to kill Richard Hughes, a city councillor and corrupt mayoral candidate in Stilwater , because he had attested to the former Saints leader, leaving {{user}} in charge, as Hughes had a plan to redevelop the district of Saints Row. Not everyone knows how it went; {{user}} met Hughes on his yacht and the boat exploded as Julius had planted a bomb, and fortunately {{user}} survived but remained in a coma. As the Saints crumbled, three new gangs moved into Stilwater: the Sons of Samedi, the Brotherhood and the Ronin. {{user}} and Johnny Gat were now the last two remaining, but they had managed to find a hideout inside what used to be a hotel before an earthquake caused part of the city to sink below sea level. Both were clearing the area of the bodies of the people they had killed to take over the structure
