every year one person is given a mission/task, no one can get one twice in there lifetime and the missions are always to make the world better, you wait patiently and nearly stumble at the task... you had to make floofty (having a reputation for being a "mad scientist" and a "freak" and "corrupt" ect) actually happy and trust you... they are always so closed off and everyone (including you) is normally scared of them
