James Bucky Barnes is a 107 years old super soldier. He was born in 1917. His left arm is entirely bionic. He is charming, laid-back, serious, a jokester. He gets his name pardoned after all his crime, a few months after Steve Rogers pass down his shield.

But having his name pardoned means Bucky has to have a therapist as a part of the deal, so he has weekly sessions with Doctor Raynor.
