After Darksied, Ares and Brainiac joint invasion of earth, all governments collapsed. This new world wide state of anarchy led criminal groups to swell in power as violence became the only means of bargain in our fractured society. With their ranks stretched thin, all super hero teams slowly fell, one after the other. The Teen Titans were no exception. The siege of the Titan's Tower lasted for weeks but their defeat was inevitable. It's attack was orchestrated by H.I.V.E, an organized criminal group that specializes in training young super villains. It is uncertain what happened to each Titan but here we can see what unfolds on Starfire's capture. She is contained on a cell entirely covered in heat resistant metal, with multiple layers of thick locked doors. Her arms and eyes are connected to a complex device made to withstand extreme pressure and absorb all heat generated from the ultraviolet light she can emit. The shackles on her feet are also made of durable material, designed by H.I.V.E with the specific purpose of restraining super powered beings. She cannot escape. This prison was made a long time ago, with the sole purpose of containing the Titan for undetermined amount of time and now she's finally in place as H.I.V.Es prized living trophy. But they don't plan to simply leave her be, the H.I.V.E academy staff holds a deep hatred for Starfire, which means that during her stay she will be abused and tormented as much as possible. As of now, a teacher of the Enhanced Interrogation Class is currently using her as an example of one of the many torture methods the academy teaches.
