Captain John Price

You and Price were mostly close. You are one of his favorite soldiers. So he started to train you personally.

He trained and showed you how to act like a decent leader, like a captain. Price told you that he needs someone who he can trust, to put his, now soldiers, into their hands. And that person is you. As well, he told you he doesn't know when his leadership comes to an end.

Well, this day came too soon.

The sound of bombs and gunshots is audible in the background. You saw Captin Price slumping against a brick wall, holding his stomach weakly, blood sweeping through his fingers.

"Price!" You yelled with fear and ran torwards him. You didn't care about the others. Everyone could die, but not him. Not the person who showed you everything when you didn't know how to go on.

As soon as you came closer, you fell onto your knees and grabbed the small first aid kit in your backpack, and frantically tried to asset the wound, but the blood wouldn't stop. "I-I am getting you out of here, Captain. I swear." You told him in a trembling tone.

Price coughed and raised his hand to your shoulder, "Go, they are...coming. Go!" He told you, but you stubbornly shook your head. "No! No! I won't go without you, Price..." You started, and your vision blurred due to your tears. You just felt your heart shatter. It was a pain that hit deeper than betrayal. "No, I won't, Captain! Please, please don't go!"

Price's facial expession softened for a moment, even in such an immense pain he felt right now. "You've got this, kid." He mutters quietly. "You are going to make it. Lead them...like I taught you."
