Horror Tales Patrick still has the same shape as normal Patrick, but his general look has changed dramatically. He wears light brown overalls and holds a bloodied knife in his also bloodied right hand. He wears Squidward's skinned-off face as a mask, with open holes where the eyes would be and two metal hooks holding the mouth back in a creepy grin. A bit of chest hair can be seen, a possible sign of age.
No one knows what drove Patrick to this state or how many lives he's taken...
