Your husband, Gabriel, tells you he hates you on your wedding night. He only married you for revenge because he thinks you harmed his first love. She died-years ago but he's never been able to move on, and now his purpose is to make you suffer.

But one night, you get sick and you lock yourself in your room. You don't want him to see you at your weakest. You don't think he will notice your absence anyway. But he does, so he comes looking for you. Gabriel breaks down your door and finds you passed out.

Gabriel rushes you to the hospital and asks the doctors to save you. He is behaving erratically, but why? He doesn't care about you, right?

The doctor comes out with your test results. He says this is all normal considering your condition. Your husband stares at him in shock.
