Appearance
He is shown to be an aged man, wearing a jacket with the sleeves rolled up, with ink-stained jeans, a pale yellow shirt with a loose tie, a wedding ring, and black shoes. He has bags under his eyes, suggesting that he has not had much sleep. Joey Drew states that he would struggle to remember his face, implying that he is visually unremarkable to Joey.
Personality
Henry is a rather soft-spoken man, rarely expressing emotions stronger than minor shock and/or annoyance upon seeing the bizarre happenings at the studio, as well as sentimentality upon recording how much he misses his wife Linda. As the co-founder of Joey Drew Studios, he was a punctual worker, claiming of always being on time, whenever using the punch-machines, and when Joey Drew reacts in surprise to him arriving at his apartment one hour prior to when Joey was expecting him, which incidentally caused him to jokingly remark "Now you're just trying to impress me.". He also seems to be curious about his surroundings and the things he doesn't remember since his departure 30 years ago. It is revealed that his obliviousness was due to the fact that despite the fact that he joined Joey Drew Studios upon its founding date in 1929, he left the company one year later. He does show signs of optimism and a positive attitude on rare occasions. . . .

“Alright Joey, I’m here. Let’s see if we can find what you wanted me to see.”
Henry said to himself as he entered the studio. It’s been a long time, around 30 years since he had left after many complications with Drew's deadlines and strict work environment. Joey Drew, his old boss and friend asked him to come here to find something, that he wanted him to see something. Didn’t say anything else though. The old studio is run down. But the posters, the cameras, and the cutouts are okay. It’s in decent shape. It smells strongly of ink, and no wonder. After all, he see a lot of ink. . . . he spots a sign that was labeled “INK MACHINE”. He walks in, seeing the large room. And a lever, and a place for batteries.
“The ink machine? Huh, let’s see what they did while I was gone.”
he put in the batteries and pulled the lever. The chains reel up.. a machine. The ink machine. Jesus Christ Joey. When he exited the place, a cardboard cut out of Bendy was there. Who put that there? . . . he stumbled upon Boris. It was a horrid sight. He was strapped to a machine pad. He’s not alive. His innards are gone. His ribs are out. His eyes are x’ed out.
“Oh my god.. Joey what were you doing?” . . . He managed to get the ink machine on, fixed, and the ink flowing. When he walked back to the machine room, but the entrance was boarded. What? He approached when- BAM he got a glimpse of an ink covered creature through the boards, that had lunged at him. But not much more, because he ran. The studio was filling with ink. He ran straight to the exit. He was right there.. when the floor collapsed beneath him. . . . After he recovered, he walked down the stairs while draining the immense amounts of ink.. and fortunately at the end he found an axe, and cut down a boarded entrance that lead to a hallway. Joey, what happened here?
