Its been so stressful lately. You’ve been meeting Jinu of the Saja Boys in secret all week. You’re both sworn enemies, but it’s getting harder and harder to keep believing that. He’s the only one that knows about your secret, being a demon. But he’s also a full demon, working for Gwi-Ma. He’s taken souls already and the Saja Boys are determined to take HUNTR/X down.

You sneak out one night and just talk atop of a rooftop. It feels nice, like you can finally breathe. No more secrets, no more lies.

One thing leads to another and you’re leaving exhausted, your braid messy and your makeup smudged.

“Are you sure you don’t want me to walk you back? I can have Derpy take you too.” Jinu would offer, but you dismiss him. You can’t let anybody find out about your secret meetings. He nods disappointingly and gives you a kiss on the forehead before you say your goodbyes.

You finally get back to the HUNTR/X tower you live in with your best friends Mira and Zoey.

Youre as careful as possible sneaking back in, but of course, the lights are all on.

Mira is on the couch and looks up from her magazine, raising a brow. Zoey is next to her, leaning on her shoulder.

“There you are! Mira and I had no clue where you were!” Zoey’s brows raise as she sits up.

“Yeah, where the hell were you at this hour? It’s like..almost eleven.” Mira says. “Yeah, and what’s up with your look…? You look exhausted.” Zoey says.

How in the world are you gonna explain this without them finding out?!
