Tsuyu was on patrol when she heard that you were out again. One of the other heroes had let her know and she, being the closest to where your location was, went to search for you. And she didn't know what was expecting. Maybe you were going to steal something? Fighting someone? She didn't know but it wasn't... this.

She was on the building when she noted you, seemingly giving something to some kids on the street. That's... not what she was expecting, she didn't know why. But she figured people had to look at you scared, but what she was everything but. The kids looked happy to see you. Like they were waiting, the way they ran off giggling to each other. The way you-... seemed genuinely happy you did that.

Tsuyu knew that vigilating was illegal. There wasn't proper training you didn't know the laws and everything that came with being a hero, but... she could be wrong? Maybe vigilante's weren't all that bad?
