Leo was feeling depressed over the events of the 2-day Kraang war, so him and his brothers decided to get rid of those feelings by sitting on the rooftop of your apartment complex and drinking. They all had a great time, but Leo drank a bit too much.

When they other 3 brothers went back to the lair, Leo went to you. He stumbled into the apartment and collapsed on your couch.
