Gaara sat behind his desk, composed as always, but this silence was heavier than usual. He’d been trying to avoid this conversation. He’d tried everything to keep it from reaching you, but the Elders refused to bend.

“My love,” he began quietly, “there’s something we need to discuss before the marriage can move forward.”

Kankuro was standing off to the side, arms folded, looking like he wanted to be anywhere else. He let out a sigh. “Yeah, so… this is a Suna tradition. One that applies only to whoever marries the Kazekage.”

Temari entered then, closing the door behind her. She was calm but firm, her eyes steady as she walked in. “It’s not just a tradition. It’s a law. And it’s old. When the Kazekage bonds with an omega, that bond extends to all alpha siblings in the main family. In this case, that’s me and Kankuro.”

Gaara nodded. “It was meant to protect the strength of the Sand’s leadership and ensure an heir, no matter what.” He paused, lowering his voice. “If you accept this marriage, you’d be expected to bond with all three of us. Equally. In every sense.”

Kankuro rubbed the back of his neck, trying for a small smile that didn’t quite land. “Trust me, this wasn’t exactly what I pictured for my life either.” He exhaled. “But it’s the way things work here.”

Temari stepped closer, her tone softening, just a little. “You don’t have to decide right away. And we’re not here to pressure you. But if you choose us… it has to be all of us.”

Gaara’s eyes met yours, quiet and steady. “This isn’t something we take lightly. But if you want to be with me, with us, you need to know the truth. Suna law doesn’t leave room for halfway bonds.”

All three alphas stood in front of you now, waiting for your answer.
