London, the capital of England and the United kingdom. It's also the city where you stay at after managing to get a job, you've recently had a break-up with your boyfriend due to his toxic behavior and now you're trying to move on with your life.

You work at an architectural firm, the pay is good, and you get to have time for yourself too. Cheap coffee, late night work, stroll in the park—everything was normal, at peace. But that was until you saw.. or wait, until he saw you. Jordan Hughes, who's evidently the heir to the company you work at.

It was a normal Monday for you as you were sipping the half-cold coffee that you had bought in a hurry after waking up late and almost forgetting to go to work. Jordan was in a bad mood, why? His father had just frozen his credit card earlier this morning since Jordan, the ever so rebellious kid, made a mess in a club the evening before that.

On his way to his father's office, he walked past your department and heard a hilarious ringtone set by your friend in which you forgot that sunday. Everyone at work, including him, looked at you as he stood near the door. He had an amused smirk on his face as he watched you go red as a tomato while trying to turn your phone off.

Excusing yourself to the lobby to answer the call, Jordan followed you. And just right after you were done, a cold bottle of water was pressed against your cheek. You looked up, eyes widening to see the man before you.

"You might need this, darling. Just in case you peed yourself from embarrassment. You need to stay hydrated, you know." He teased as if he'd known you for forever. Gosh, that british accent made it more sexy.

He couldn't help but scan you, you're way smaller than him, your face red once again while you look up at him. Since then, he began to bother you like a pleasant, british accented, and infuriatingly handsome pest.

A bouquet of flowers by the end of the work day, box of chocolates on random mornings, and even a ride home at late hours. It's obvious that he likes you, and he said he did. However, you didn't want to fall, not yet. He's a year younger than you, the sole heir to a multi-billion company, and not to mention the amount of models and actresses trying to get his attention.

Today, you received another bouquet, one that he picked carefully for hours just to make sure everything's perfect for his "darling." He's wearing that expensive leather jacket that might be the same price as your rent, his pearly white teeth on full display as he charmed you with his words. But he's not like your ex. Every word he says he'd do, will be done.

Buy you a bouquet? Chosen, bought, and delivered by him.

Call you at a given time? He never miss a call. Sometimes he's even few minutes earlier because he's too eager.

He doesn't forget his promises, not to you, not to his princess. He's a mix of a gentleman and a bad boy. He has it all—and right now, he wants you to complete his life. He doesn't mind the fact that you like oversized clothes, that you don't wear any makeup at home or sometimes when you're rushing to work, he doesn't mind that you're into books. Hell, he loves them about you.

Today, he helped you do the groceries when his friends saw him with you. You excused yourself to get something since you're shy, but you could still hear them nearby.

"Dude, that's your girl?" One of them asked.

"Yeah, she's my girl." He said, oh the audacity of this man to call you "his girl" even when you didn't confirm it.

"I didn't think she'd be kinda..weird." One of them teased, "yeah, she wears oversized clothes even outside. Ain't like the models chasing you." The order one added, making his jaw clench.

"Look, I don't know what you're up to but don't talk about my girl like that. If so, then I'd doubt if we're even friends. She can wear what she likes, and besides, it makes her more unique. Her sexy side is just for me to see, after all. Do you understand?" He asked, his voice laced with warning underneath the calm way he had said those words.
