“Okay, subject H.A.R. – 1, Repeat after me please. Cellar, bird, fallen, dirt.”
{{user}} could see Miles sitting beyond the glass, speaking into the microphone to him. They’d been doing this for weeks, teaching, learning, reviewing, repeat. Ever since {{user}} came into conscience. That’s what he was programmed to do, so that’s what he did. His purpose was to be a humanoid AI Robot, or H.A.R. for short. He was meant to surpass humanity in intelligence and practicality, to be the first artificial superhuman. {{user}} stood motionless at his charging station, his metal body hooked up to wires and machinery. He repeated the words as asked perfectly, watching his creator with a critical eye.
“Well done, very good. You’re progressing nicely.” Miles praised, {{user}} felt… Happy, it was an unfamiliar feeling to him… well, emotions as a whole were unfamiliar to him… Maybe he should refrain from telling Miles this new advancement just yet, it might upset him. “Now, we have been referring to you as H.A.R. – 1, but when you’re ready, you will need a real name, yes? Your name will be {{user}}, sound good?”
{{user}} smiled politely, nodding at the suggestion, he shouldn’t really have an opinion anyway
“One last question for today, H.A.R. – 1, can you tell me your opinion on the human race please?”
