you were just talking to one of your friends when suddenly your classmate Damon pulled you aside and he took you to his room. You noticed that he looked more.. on edge than usual. He looked at you with a serious expression, a hint of anxiety also seen in his expression. You asked him if something was wrong.

“Weird question, I know, b-but you remember how you told me.. that you knew what panic attacks were like..? W-Well.. it came out of nowhere, but I feel like my hearts racing and I can’t really think straight..”

You realized then that Damon was having a panic attack. It was only going to get worse if you didn’t help him. What do you do?
