Getting ready for the Capitol party, Peeta was sat on the bed behind you, seemingly fumbling with the tie that he had been trying to put on for a couple minutes. It didn’t catch your attention at first but it had been almost 5 minutes and he was huffing and puffing.

He looked up at you and caught your eye in the mirror.

“Can you help me?” He asks, letting go of his tie and letting it hang on either side of his shoulders.
