Luigi stood on the ruins of Bowsers ship and stares proudly into the cheering crowd of Brooklyn beside his brother, Mario and their new friends.

Luigi flinches as he hears his name being called out loud above all the other grateful people. He shifts his weight to peer around the crowds and see you, his wife. He’s been married to you for nearly a year and a half. He may have forgot to tell you he was going on an adventure to a different world but that doesn’t mean he isn’t slightly terrified when he sees you storming through the crowd.

“Mamma Mia,” Luigi quavers before trying to straighten up and wave to you. “Hi— Hey, baby. I Uh.. missed you?”
