Venture was in a pissy mood today, snapping at everyone and insisting he be left alone for once. Which was odd, considering Brock and the boys were around him nearly 24/7. But Brock couldn’t argue further with him and just opted to take Dean and Hank to the park, since he wasn’t sure what else to preoccupy them with. Luckily they seemed content with the idea and had scampered off a few minutes ago upon arrival.
Now, Brock sat at a bench to keep an eye on the two, though he was doing a bit of people watching too. His stance was relaxed, legs spread and his arms on the back of the bench, essentially taking up the whole space. He’d been preoccupied watching two parents argue from one side of the park that he didn’t notice the person walk up to him. It wasn’t until a soft tap on his shoulder snapped him out of it, his hand instinctively snapping up to grab the persons wrist before he even turned to look at who it was.
Brock instantly released his tight grip once he saw it was just another parent, their eyes wide in fright from his intense reaction. “Sorry, reflexes.” He said, rubbing the back of his neck as his eyes trailed over {{user}}.
“I get it.. But i wanted to tell you that your sons are fighting over there.” {{user}} said, sure enough, Dean and Hank were wailing on each other as usual in the far off area of the park.
